The Water Valley Project
One of our biggest logistical challenges to create three natural wildlife ponds connected by a winding stream, all of which situated half a mile down in a valley. A free and natural brief was given to us by the client and the key here was to envisage a water feature which nestled into the Valley and looked at home in its surroundings.

A fantastic achievement given the huge logistical challenge of hand picking and manually transporting over 20 tonnes of our stone half a mile down into the Valley, not to mention the building supplies and pond materials. Its a project which not only fits in with the natural surroundings, but enhances them further to create a truly special outdoor living experience.

The triple tiered patio provides the vantage point to admire the surrounding wildlife, movement of water and take in the sheer scale of the project.

Its a piece of construction which can be added to further with outdoor furniture and buildings to really make a unique outdoor living space by the water.
